30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If in the first 30 days you don’t LOVE your SanusAer Ozone Generator, you may return it for a full refund. Refunds are only issued to the same payment method used for purchase. Customer responsible for the return shipping. The item must be returned in “like new” condition.  If it has been damaged or heavily used a minimum $100 restocking fee will be applied.  Customers must call to obtain a return authorization. Refund payments may take up to 15 days.

1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

​

We warrant that SanusAer® ozone generators will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a 1-year Period (fans, switches, internal wiring and circuit board). The only potential exclusion are the Transformer Plate-Paks, which are designed to last 3,000 treatment hours.  However, upon inspection, if the Plate-pak(s) show light use and fail, they will also be replaced free of charge. Customer is responsible for return shipping, but return shipping to the customer is covered by this warranty.

10-YEAR SERVICEABILITY WARRANTY​

SanusAer Ozone Generators come with a 10-year "serviceability" guarantee, meaning that we will repair / refurbish any generator by providing replacement parts for self-service or full-service repair to keep your generator running in tip-top shape.

TRADE-IN → TRADE-UP POLICY

You can trade-in your current SanusAer Ozone Machine at any time for a new generator of any size and receive a credit based on age/condition of your trade in.  This is especially beneficial for commercial clients that regularly using our generators. Customers may receive as much as 40% credit towards the purchase of a new generator. Call us to discuss this important customer option.

• All SanusAer generators come with a 2-year warranty, which covers all parts and workmanship, EXCEPT plate-paks which are designed to last 3,000 run hours.

• An additional Warranty can be purchased at the time of the original sale, and is in force after the 2-year manufacturer’s warranty expires:

  •   1 Year: $80.00    - 2 Year Total

  •   2 Year: $160.00  - 3 Year Total

  •   3 Year: $240.00  - 4 Year Total
